What are the shipping options available?

Each of our warehouses offers self-pickup. Additionally, free shipping is available for addresses within 100km from our Toronto warehouse. For addresses outside of 100km, please contact us for a quote.

Is there a warranty on the equipment parts?

Yes, we offer a one-year warranty on equipment parts. For Rippa eco models, we provide 2-year warrenty. For Rippa pro models we provide 3-year warrenty.

Replacement parts are typically shipped out promptly and delivered to your door within approximately one week.

How is payment processed after placing an order?

Money will not be deducted immediately after placing an order. We will review the order (and may contact you) before capturing the payment manually.

What should I do if my address is outside the Toronto warehouse 100km free shipping range?

If your address is outside the 100km free shipping range, please contact us for a shipping quote.

Can I pick up my order from the warehouse?

Yes, you can pick up your order from any of our warehouse locations listed above.
